We are a full service rental management company, based in the Shuswap.

Our business is to take the time that your property sits unused, and advertise this availability to people throughout Canada and around the world.

Our advertising includes classified ads in major and minor newspapers across Canada, and a specially developed website to provide information to prospective tenants in North America and abroad. We are linked with cottage rental listing websites in various countries to attract foreign tourists. Early in the year we mail a brochure to over 4000 past tenants and inquiries as well as provide email notices of last minute rental opportunities. Before renting a property we qualify and question renters to make sure they are appropriate for the property.

When tenants arrive they are greeted with a cookie basket and a broad range of information and brochures regarding recreation opportunities in the area. During the week we view each property at least once for a tenant compliance check. Upon tenant departure we visit the property to give it a good rattle (check all cupboards, doors, windows, mattresses, carpets etc.). Then our cleaning crews descend on your property to provide the next tenants with a clean and presentable home for their vacation.

We are located in the Shuswap and should you require services such as yard maintenance, spring/fall cleanup, septic pump out etc. we can help. We have a network of reliable local contractors that we use on a regular basis and who can be of service on short or long term notice. If you require rental/tenant insurance we can direct you to local companies that handle that type of product.

Small or large, waterfront, semi-waterfront, condominium, strata. We handle them all.  To include your vacation home in our rental properties please contact us. We can meet with you when you’re in the area or view your home during the off season. We will provide you with an estimate of rental income once we have viewed the house and discussed with you the maximum number of people allowed and the amenities of the home. One thing that is critical to our taking on your property is the safety of the tenants who will be visiting it. Unsafe docks, decks or other areas present you, the owner, with potential liability situations and should be rectified prior to renting.

In return for the above services we charge a management fee. We will discuss the particulars of this arrangement in our conversations with you.
